| 抄録: | A woman in her 30s was admitted with abdominal pain and nausea. CT scan revealed a spontaneous rupture of the right giant renal angiomyolipoma, and trans-arterial embolization was performed successfully. With further examination, she was found to be affected with tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) and she finally wastreated with everolimusfor prevention of recurrent spontaneous-rupture of renal angiomyolipoma. |
