現代の貨幣経済における経済格差拡大メカニズムの理論的考察 --その1 : 通貨の循環不全による経済格差拡大

Abstract

In order to clarify the causes of the widening economic gap, circulation of currency was discussed theoretically through the three economic entities: enterprise, household, and government economy. It was pointed out that when an entity obtains profit, it inevitably makes a sacrifice of the others. Also, in terms of currency circulation, the source of profit in the enterprise is national debt under present circumstances. Moreover, it was shown that the tax system and systems to profit are currently advantageous to the enterprise. Next, circulation mechanism was discussed introducing two new concepts: firstly, "tax circulation" between the government and people, secondly "capitalistic circulation" between the enterprise and the household entities. In order to avoid creating the economic gap, a complete circulation of currency is required without any stagnation, although the two circulations are presently proved to be both incomplete, resulting in the increase of the stagnation and precipitation of currency and accelerating its maldistribution by every cycle of the circulations. 経済格差拡大の原因を解明するために、企業、家計、政府の３経済主体間の通貨の流れを考察し、一つの経済主体が利益を獲得する場合には必ず他の主体の犠牲を伴うこと、通貨の流通という観点から見れば、現状では企業利益の源泉は国家の負債であることを実証した。また、税制及び企業の利益獲得の仕組みにおいて現行制度が企業に有利であることを明らかにしたうえで、政府と民間の間の税金循環、企業と家計の間の資本主義循環という二つの循環の概念を新たに導入し、循環の仕組みについて考察した。経済主体間の格差を生じないためには滞留のない通貨の循環が必要だが、現状では二つの循環はともに不全であり、循環が一巡するごとに通貨の滞留、沈殿を増加させ、通貨の偏在を加速する格差拡大メカニズムを持つことがわかった。現行経済のままでは、社会の安定を維持できなくなる。
