| 抄録: | A 63-year-old man was referred to our department because of painless hard mass in the right inguinal region. Abdominal computed tomography (CT) showed right spermatic cord mass measuring 25 mm in diameter. We performed right high orchiectomy. Histopathological diagnosis was dedifferentiated liposarcoma, which included myofibroblast components. He was alive 3 years postoperatively without recurrence. |
