| 抄録: | Two patients who could not take normal lithotomy position, one by fixation of the right hip joint due to coxitis, and the other by cerebral palsy, underwent transurethral resection of the prostate under perineal external urethrotomy. The perineal wound was closed and urethral catheter was inserted via the external urethral meatus. Postoperative course was uneventful for both patients. |
