ヴォイヴォディナ・ルシン語の落下を表す動詞について

Abstract

本稿では、ヴォイヴォディナ・ルシン語 (以下、単にルシン語とする) における落下を表す動詞の意味と分布について考察する。ルシン語はセルビア共和国北部に位置するヴォイヴォディナ自治州のいくつかの自治体と国境を接するクロアチア共和国ヴコヴァル・スリェム郡のいくつかの自治体で話されているスラヴ系の少数言語のひとつであり、独自の規範を持つミクロ文語として機能している。この言語の話者はセルビア領内において1万5千人程度、クロアチア領内では千人程度とされ、2009 年の調査に基づくユネスコの消滅危機言語地図において「危険(definitely endangered) 」と評価されている (Moseley 2010: 25)。この言語はヴォイヴォディナ自治州の地域公用語としての地位を保証され、ルシン語によるテレビ・ラジオ放送(Radio-Televizija Vojvodini)、新聞および文芸・文化雑誌の発行 (Ruske slovo, Rusnak, Švetlosc, MAK, Zahradka 他)、学術誌の刊行 (Studia Ruthenica, Rusinistični studiji 他)、文学作品の出版をはじめ、初等教育から大学における高等教育までがこの言語によって行われており、数ある少数言語と比べると幾分か恵まれた状況にあるが、90 年代の内戦時におけるカナダおよびアメリカ合衆国への移民、国家公用語であるセルビア語およびクロアチア語の影響など言語の維持をめぐる状況は楽観視できない。ルシン語研究の多くは、この言語を母語とする研究者によって行われているが、これまではヴォイヴォディナ自治州におけるルシン語の標準化に関わる問題、ルシン語の起源とスラヴ語群における系統の分類の問題、少数言語としての地位と地域公用語としての機能をめぐる社会言語学的問題等がその中心を占めてきた。その一方で、地域的または系統的に近い他言語との対照研究やより広い範囲での類型論的研究の数は大きく限られており、とりわけ語彙体系や個々の語の意味を扱う意味論・語彙論的研究は、ルシン語研究の中でも活性化が望まれる分野の一つである。また、ルシン語の語彙をルシン語で説明したいわゆる国語辞典は存在せず、基本的な動詞の語彙的意味を扱った研究も、まだ数えるほどしかない。本稿で考察の対象とするルシン語の落下を表す動詞について言えば、辞書学的な観点からも、語彙論的な観点からもまだまとまった記述および研究が存在しない。落下動詞の研究は、本格的な研究が始まってから日が浅いが、モスクワ語彙類型論グループ(MLexT) <http://lextyp.org/> のプロジェクトの成果を筆頭に地域・系統の異なる言語を扱った研究がいくつか発表されている (Kaškin, Plešak 2015; Kaškin et al. 2015; Kuz'menko, Mustakimova 2015; Reznikova, Vyrenkova 2015; Kulešova 2016)。本稿では、語彙類型論的研究の知見に依拠しながら、ルシン語の落下動詞の意味と分布を体系的に記述すること、またその際にルシン語の <落下> の意味野において関与的となる意味パラメータを抽出することを主な目的とする。

This paper deals with semantics and the distribution of the Vojvodina Ruthenian verbs describing falling, such as spadnuc – padac ‘fall’, zvaljic še – zval’ovac še ‘collapse’, capnuc – capkac ‘fall; crash’, ljapnuc – ljapkac ‘fall’ etc. The verbs of falling present one of the newest and the most actual topics in lexico-typological studies. The Vojvodina Ruthenian verbs in question have been studied neither in the framework of Ruthenian linguistics nor in the framework of lexical typology. The aims of this paper are to reveal the relevant semantic parameters for the Vojvodina Ruthenian lexical system of falling and to give some implications for further lexicological studies of Vojvodina Ruthenian verbs in general. The first part of the paper gives a brief definition of the semantic field of falling and introduces some relevant semantic parameters which are presented in the previous typological studies. The second part of the paper provides a semantic analysis of the Ruthenian verbs with the meaning of falling which is based on the data from various kinds of texts and the informant questionnaires. The third part of the paper analyses the semantic organisation of the Vojvodina Ruthenian lexical system and the distribution of the verbs of falling in Vojvodina Ruthenian. The conclusion presents some initial results of the research provided in this paper and deals with some perspectives of further studies.
