現代の貨幣経済における経済格差拡大メカニズムの理論的考察 --その3 : 通貨の電子化がもたらす格差膨張メカニズム

Abstract

科学技術の発達に伴う「通貨の電子化」の経済への影響を調べ、以下のような経済格差拡大メカニズムを明らかにした。通貨の電子化により、通貨の創造・流通・保有が飛躍的に容易となった結果、通貨総量が増加して富裕層へ流通し滞留・沈殿することを繰り返し、沈殿する通貨を激増させている。この過程で生まれる経済格差を助長するのが、有利子借金経済と虚業である。通貨を創造するのは預金創造による借金であるため、借金の返済及び利子支払いを負担する借金者は更に窮乏化する一方で、通貨を沈殿させる預金者は利子を得て更に富裕化する。また通貨の電子化は、付加価値を何ら創造せず通貨のみを容易に獲得する虚業の発達を加速し、通貨資本を持つ富裕層への通貨の沈殿を加速させている。この沈殿により生ずる、流通通貨の不足を補うため、更なる借金により通貨が創造される悪循環を生じており、富裕層には過去にない莫大な量の通貨が沈殿する一方で、政府を含む実体経済は急激に窮乏化し貧困層が激増し、かつてない規模の経済格差が生じている。この状況に対する対策として生活投資と循環・減価税による通貨の循環機構の導入と、有利子経済から無利子経済への転換を提案する。

The influence of electronic money on economy is investigated in order to clarify the mechanism in which the currency system widens the economic gap. It is revealed that, developing with science and technology, the electronic money made its creation, circulation, and possession much easier, resulting in that loanees create currency which circulates in the society and finally accumulates in the wealthy class. This process leads to the wider gap, being enhanced by interest-bearing economy and "vain business." The interest-bearing economy forces loanees to bear the interest, while depositors in wealthy class get interest without any labour or effort. Moreover, the electronic money has been accelerating the development of the vain business defined as the business which only pursues to acquire currency and never produces added value. In this way, enormous amount of currency has precipitated in the wealthy class and, the more the wealthy class obtains, the more real business side including the government and people need to loan currency in order to supply currency in the society, becoming the negative spiral. To improve this disastrous state, a new currency circulation mechanism consisting of "life investment" and "circulation tax" is proposed.
