<論説>秦帝国形成過程の一考察 : 四川省青川戦国墓の検討による

Abstract

『文物』一九八二年第一期に発表された四川省青川県郝家坪出土戦国墓群の発掘簡報を検討すると、被葬者、埋葬年代について、又、出土木牘秦田律の諸家の解釈において、訂正されるべき点がいくつか見出される。その内容は戦国晩末期の秦帝国形成過程における歴史的実態を考察する際の貴重な資料となるものと考えられる。被葬者は楚都郢が秦に占領された後、遷徒せしめられた旧楚の有力者達を主体とし、これに秦、三晋、在地人を加えた新集団であった。従って埋葬年代は郢都陥落の前二七八年以降である。又、出土田律は秦の渭水盆地における畑作を前提として解釈されてきたが、これは四川の水稲田の為に更修されたものと考えるべきである。更に、被遷徒の混合新集団が秦の阡陌制下に組み込まれながらも、楚の高い伝統文化によって自律的に指導 されていたことも発掘簡報の検討から窺うことができる。

In Wen wu『文物』, no. 1, 1982 was published a report of a group of the tombs, dating to Warrior States Period, excavated in Haojiaping, Qingchuan County, Sichuan Province. By examining this report, we can find some points which correct the popular interpretation of the buried, the date of the burial and the excavated mudu 木牘 of the land law in Qin 秦 Dynasty. This report is, we think, a rare source for studying the historical realities of the making of Qin Dynasty in the latest years of warrior States Period. The buried consist chiefly of the influential persons of old Chu 楚, who were removed there after Ying 郢, capital of Chu, was occupied by Qin, and the rest are the people of Qin, Han 韓, Wei 魏, Zhao 趙, and the natives. Therefore, the date of the burial is after B. C. 278, year of the fall of Ying. And land law, which has so far been considered connected with the dry field farming in the basin of Wei-he 渭河, should be considered having been revised and adapted to the paddy field in Sichuan. Furthermore, we can guess that the new mixed group of the removed people had some autonomy based on the high traditional culture of Chu though it was organized under the system of the qianmo 阡陌.
