<論説>美濃国池田郡の条里 : 「池田郡司五百木部惟茂解」の紹介と検討を中心に

Abstract

本稿は、(一)『為房卿記』紙背文書にみえる長元八・九年の美濃国池田郡司五百木部惟茂解(=名田売買文書)を紹介し、次いで、(二)池田郡条里の厳密な再検討を行なってこれを確定し、(三)上記史料所載の名田坪付を地図上に示して、四至記載とも合わせて名田の比定の妥当性を確かめ、(四)池田郡の安八郡からの分郡と池田郡条里プランとのかかわり、伊福郷の位置確定に伴なう池田郡六郷の比定、それら諸郷と大海人皇子の湯沐邑とのかかわり、また湯沐邑以来の在地豪族である可能性をもった五百木部氏への名田畠の集積と売却(収公)の経過と理由、農業景観など、紹介史料を基にして検討しうる諸点について論じたものである。

In this paper, we examined these points: At first, we introduced the document Iokibe-Koreshige-ge which recorded the trade of myōden 名田 (1034-35) in Ikeda-gun, Mino. It was discovered on the reverse sides of Tamefusa-kyō-ki 為房卿記 the Diary of Tamefusa. According to this document, we reproduced the jōri plan in Ikeda-gun, and made the map of myōden there, which we confirmed by the records of boundaries. Next, we studied the relation between the origin of Ikeda-gun and the jōri plan, and decided the location of six pieces of gō 郷 in Ikeda-gun. At last, we argued the location of Yuami-mura 湯沐邑 in the age of Prince Ōama 大海子皇子, the possibility that Iokibe was the local family since that age, the process and reasons for the myōden's acquisition, and the agriculture in the 11th century.
