<論説>武周時期の御史台について

Abstract

従来の武周革命についての研究は武周政権の社会的、階級的、地域約構成を巡って展開するものが殆どである。しかし、武周革命の際の中央官僚機構に生じた変化や、官僚機構の革命における役割等については未だ十分に検討されていない。本稿は武后政権誕生の前後における御史台の動向、すなわち御史の任命、官品の変動、左・右粛政台の設置、御史の構成、酷吏と御史台の関係等の問題を考察し、またこれを通じて、武周時期の御史台の特色及び武周政権の性格を分析するものである。

Previous studies of the Wuzhou revolution have concentrated almost exclusively on the social, regional, and class composition of the Wuzhou regime. However, the specific issues of the nature of the changes that occurred in the central bureaucratic apparatus and the role of the bureaucratic apparatus during the Wuzhou revolution have not yet been examined in detail. This study will pay special attention to the variations in the Yushi Tai during the birth of the Wuzhou regime, particularly, the appointment of Yushi 御史, changes in the promotion system, and the establishment of the Zuo-you Suzheng Tai 左右粛正台, the composition of the Yushi, and the relationship between the Kuli 酷吏 and the Yushi Tai. Through these analyses the character of the Yushi Tai during the Wuzhou era and the nature of the Wuzhou regime will be further clarified.
