抄録: | Quantum tunneling in the system with mixed phase space is studied based on the saddle point approximation of quantum one-step propagator. If the phase space is sharply or almost sharply divided into regular and chaotic components, it is found that diffraction dominates in the transition process rather than tunneling. The latter is the phenomenon described by the saddle points of propagator, whereas the former is regarded as the one beyond the leading-order description of saddle point analysis. |
