| 抄録: | On 20th May 2019, the revision of the International System of Units (SI) becomes effective. For the thermodynamic temperature, which is one of the most important physical quantities in low temperature physics and materials sciences, the new definition is given by means of the Boltzmann constant as a defined value: k = 1.380 649 J K-1. In this article, the history of the Boltzmann constant leading to this defined value is described. |
