<論説>均田法の系譜 : 均田法と計口受田制との関係

Abstract

北魏の孝文帝によつて、はじめられた均田法の系譜については、これまでおおくの学者は、これを中国の土地制度史のなかでとらえようとする立場から、西晋の武帝の土地法である課田法に直接するものとかんがえてきた。そのため、ややもすれば、これがタクバツ族の北魏政権によつて創設されたという歴史的事情については看過されがちであつた。 本論文は、均田法がなぜ北魏朝によつて創設されたのか、というところに視点をおいて、その始源について検討した結果、これを北魏朝の代国時代以来実施されてきた土地給付法である計口受田制につながるものとした。すなわち北魏伝統の土地政策である計口受田制が、中原の社会的現状を媒体に止揚されたのが、この太和の均田法であることを、当時の政治的・社会的情勢を分析考察することによつて解明しようとしたものである。

About the genealogy of Chün-T'ien 均田 law, which were originated by Hsiao-Wen-Ti 孝文帝 in Pei-Wei 北魏, many scholars have thought it in the direct relation to K'o-T'ien 課田 law, a land law by Wu-Ti 武帝 in Hsi-chin 西晋, from the standpoint of grasping this in the history of land system in China; for this thought the historical fact were often missed that this was originated by the Pei-Wei administration of the T'o-Pa tribe. This article, after observing its origin focused upon the cause why the Chün-T'ien law was originated by the Pei-Wei dynasty, concluded that it had the connection with the system of land granting by head, a land delivery law since the Tai 代 period of the Pei-Wei dynasty. That is, we are going to show the fact that the Chün-T'ien law of T'ai-ho 太和 was established through the medium of the social reality in the central field by the land granting system, the traditional land policy of Pei-Wei, by observing the then political and saocial circumstances.
