Abstract

This paper examines the driving mechanism and presents an ideal model that links farmland preservation and regeneration. The feature of this paper is that the connection between the farmers and the farmland is the key to the elimination of the abandoned cultivated land, assuming that a wider type of farmers contributes to the land. Securing and establishing human resources (farmers) is itself a mechanism for preserving and regenerating agricultural production resources, as well as the driving force for the land. The reason is that the existing farmland is already in use and there is no room for newcomers, so the only option is to use abandoned farmland. Also, new entrants may select different crops from existing crops, and there are cases where existing farmland cannot be taken over. This paper concludes the following three points. 1.The elements that make up the mechanism are the capabilities and skills/techniques (personal qualities of the farmers) of individual management entities, against the background of the local natural conditions. 2.Effort and patience to blossom those qualities and administrative support to support them are indispensable. 3.By the continuous cycle of these factors, the profitability of farmer's management, which is the source of driving this mechanism, can be established on the basis of understanding the region.
