<論文>生涯学習事業の継続における地方行政の役割 --京都市「ラボール学園」を事例に--

Abstract

This study was performed to consider the roles and possibilities of local administration for enhancing and maintaining lifelong-educational opportunities of working young men, through examining the characteristics of the role that Kyoto City has conducted for enhancing and maintaining the Labor Gakuen from 1957 to present. The following results have become clear. First, for purposes and contents, the local administration tends to fulfill wider learning needs than the national government's policy. Second, educational opportunities of local administration reach marginal of society, especially working young people. Third, as a supporting method, Kyoto City adopts "co-sponsorship, " which does not tamper educational contents, and therefore, private intention can be reflected more. Fourth, although Kyoto City has educational intention, Kyoto City does not intend to influence the field of education with the intention.
