<研究ノート>学校と地域の連携を通じた「地域を支える人材」育成に関する予備的検討 --北近畿地域における高校生を対象とした調査データによる若者の地域志向性の分析--

Abstract

The ultimate purpose of this research is to consider whether promoting cooperation between schools and communities will lead to the development of human resources that support the communities, and what factors will be important in developing such human resources. In this paper, as a preparatory stage to achieve the purpose, the data from the survey conducted by the Northern Kansai Cooperation Council (Kita-Kinki-Renkei-Kaigi) was analyzed, and focused on the points to be considered when designing a future survey plan. In conclusion, it was suggested that high school students' local orientation is likely to be influenced by their attachment to the community and their parents' attitudes. In addition, current issues include lack of data to analyze the factors that increase their attachment to the community, lack of data on the attitudes of parents, and there is also a need to consider the purpose variables. Based on these issues, it is necessary to plan a survey not only for high school students but also for parents and graduates the next time.
