中部地方における防災建築街区の実態把握と評価および現況の課題：近現代の建築資源を活かしたまちなか居住の実現に向けて

Abstract

本研究では，防災建築街区の全国的実績の分析，全国の自治体へのアンケート調査を行った上で，防災建築街区の現況および計画の実態と特徴を具体的に明らかにすることを目的に，中部地方を対象とする現地調査を実施した。全国および中部地方でおよそ4分の3の防災ビルが現存する。防災建築街区には，土地の来歴や街区造成の経緯を反映した3つの地 区類型と3つのビル類型が見られる。最もよく見られるのは，旧街道沿いの商店街を基盤とする沿道型地区＋長屋型ビルである。これは都市の歴史的文脈や生活空間・近隣関係を継承している点において，中心市街地の活性化に向けて活用さ れるべき資源と評価しうる。

Focusing on the Disaster Prevention Building Blocks (DPBB, BOUSAI-KENCHIKU-GAIKU), which were redevelopment projects constructed in nationwide cities between 1961-1977, this paper reveals their current situation and planning features based on our field survey targeting the Chubu region. DPBB that built in form of a row house along old roads can be evaluated as a resource for realization of downtown living in that they inherit the historical context, living space and neighborhood relationship of the city.
