Abstract

Construction lndusby is a fundamental and locally based lndusby. However, the execution system of the construction project is becoming globalized in late decades. Particularly in South-East Asia, the project management of the local system, the westem system, the Japanese system, etc. are adopted when the construction projects are carried out In other words, various project management Systems are competing in those regions of South-East Asia. In this paper, the overview of the construction indusby, the execution system and the contract formation of the construction projects in Singapore is attempted to make. And, a lot of findings are obtained from those trends in the overview.
