The meaning of Logos, which we heard from Heraclitus - according to Heidegger's interpretation, this is "Being" - was later substituted with the sole "Word of God." The result was a "Transcendental Logos, " through which the desire for architecture became an exclusive desire of the ruling class. The original desire for architecture was born when human beings became aware of the "possibility of changing the world." When captured by the ruling class, architecture came to express the will of power - the "Will to Truth, " in the words of Michel Foucault - and became a sole architecture. Logos should be once again returned to the place of the individual. There are diverse types of "Logos of jouissance, " in other words "Individual Logos, " brought through the natural medium of an individual body. Architecture does not have a sole solution led by the "Will to Truth" of a "Transcendental Logos, " but has a diversity supported by the ethics of an "Individual Logos." As opposed to the so-called Babel of sole architecture, this is anti-Babel, and as Jacques Derrida has said, it is precisely the collapse of Babel that makes architecture possible. We can then reinterpret "architecture" as "thinking of infinite possibilities." Derrida perceived architecture as thinking that is on a path, in a vortex, opening the way for thought, pregnant with intent toward the sole and absolute truth while deviating toward opening infinite possibilities. This thinking is not transcendental but immanent, thinking that adapts to things as well as approaching the limit of words, thinking that passes through the body while led by consciousness. He locates architecture in the so-called realm of possibility of thought. Through architecture as liberated imagination, human beings have been able to travel toward infinite possibilities. That is why human beings have been tirelessly designing architecture as history continues to be made. There are infinite solutions. There is no sole way. Architecture is always a possibility of new thinking.en
