資料・証言にみる南海地震前の井水涸れ及び異常潮位

Abstract

梅田（2003）が提唱した，昭和南海地震前における井戸水減少メカニズムのモデルの現実性を検証するため，現地聞き取り及び資史料収集による次の二つの調査を実施した。1.地震前の井水異常が昭和南海地震以前の安政南海地震・宝永南海地震の前にも有ったか否か，すなわち再現性の検証，2.梅田モデルが前提としている，地震前の前駆的滑りを裏付ける直接的・間接的事例の有無の検証，である。1.については，安政南海地震前の井水の減少を記している古文書があり，2.については，昭和南海地震前の海底隆起の可能性を覗わせる異常潮位があったことが判明した。

There is a report that the water level of well where distributed within the area of Pacific coast from Kii peninsula to Shikoku was decreased before the Showa Nankai Earthquake (1946, M8.0). Umeda(2003) proposed a model to make the mechanism of the well decrease before the earthquake. To verify the Umeda model we tried the investigation by the literature and hearing investigation the purpose of which was two. One is the verification of the repeatability whether or not there was decrease of well water before the Ansei Nankai Earthquake are described. We can also find out the reports where the extraordinary ocean tide level changes of some possibility of preseismic slip before the Showa Nankai Earthquake is mentioned. In this repot the results in detail are introduced.
