授業内における「共同体」の役割：対面授業とオンライン授業

Abstract

本稿の目的は、学生の観点での「質の良い授業」を行うために、対面授業・オンライン授業のさまざまな授業方法をどのように選択すべきかを模索することにある。特に、授業を構成する「共同体」としての教員と学生が、授業内でどのような役割を果たしているかについて、コミュニケーションの観点から各授業方法の違いを検討する。大学で実施されている初修外国語としてのドイツ語学習者を対象としたアンケートの調査を通して、対面授業の代替としてだけではないオンライン授業の可能性を探るとともに、初修外国語授業に関して、従来の対面授業も含めての新しい授業スタイルを提案する。

The aim of this paper is to consider how teaching methods should be selected to provide online or in-person classes that are satisfactory for students. Especially, this paper focuses on the role of the “companions” in an online classroom, which include classmates as well as teachers. In classes taking place under various online teaching methods, the companions can have various effects on learning motivation, the sense of satisfaction and so on. This paper examines the results of the questionnaires that were conducted at elementary classes of German in different universities, and explores possibilities of online classes, and proposes a new teaching style of foreign languages that take advantages of in-person and online classes.
