<論文>新疆抗戦の研究動向をめぐる考察 --盛世才の「反日」と中国共産党言説の乖離を中心に--

Abstract

本稿は, 現代の中国における研究者や共産党・政府の公式見解(ネットなどに公表した公文書や転載記事)などに見られる「新疆抗戦」のイメージと当時の新疆抗戦の実態とを比較して, 問題点を指摘したい. まず, 「大後方」と呼ばれている新疆の抗戦指導の帰属問題を検討し, 国共両党のいずれの治下にもない新疆は, ソ連と盛世才の二重統治で支配された地域であることを論述した. この前提条件を踏まえ, 今日の研究者・政府の見解には意図的な歪曲があり, 歴史的事実を無視して新疆の反日(抗日)は中国共産党の指導下で展開されたと主張していることを明らかにした. そして, 新疆の実権者である盛世才の「反日」性について考察を行い, 反日(抗日)の将校を殺害し, しばしば政治的立場を変更していた彼の「反日」性が極めて希薄であると考えられることを明らかにした. しかし, 現代の中国は依然として彼のことを「反日」と評価している. その理由は, 新疆の実権者である盛世才の支持がなければ, 中国共産党が対日抗戦期に新疆を救済することはできなかったと考えているためである. さらに, 新疆を研究している中国の研究者の間で論じられた日本軍の新疆侵略の「陰謀」について, 当時の国民政府の資料に基づき, 日本人の諜報活動は実在せず, 「日本の陰謀論」や「新疆侵攻計画」については史料根拠が乏しいこと明らかにした.

This article is about comparing the impression of “Xinjiang's Anti-Japanese War” shown in the official materials of modern Chinese academic circles and the Communist Party with the actual situation of Xinjiang's Anti-Japanese War, and it intends to solve the problems that come with the difference. First, the question of who really guided the activities of the “Home Front.” In fact, it was not the Nationalist Party nor the Communist Party. It was the dual rule of the Soviet Union and Sheng Shicai. Based on this premise, today's academic and official opinion that claim Xinjiang was fighting under the leadership of the CCP in Anti-Japanese activities is deliberately distorting and ignoring historical records. Secondly, regarding Sheng Shicai's anti-Japanese attitude, he killed the Anti-Japanese generals and constantly changed his political stance. According to these records, his “Anti-Japanese” nature was extremely weak. However, the Chinese government today still affirms his deeds during the War against Japan. Since the CCP wants to act as the savior of Xinjiang during the war, it desperately needs Sheng's support in the historical context. Furthermore, Chinese scholars still claim that Japan had plans against Xinjiang. However, according to the analysis of historical data, the Nationalist Government was extremely vigilant about foreigners and outsiders ; therefore, the conspiracy theory of Japan's invasion of Xinjiang and the whole idea of Japan having a plan to invade Xinjiang are undocumented.
