<論文>自閉スペクトラム症の自己生成に立ち会う他者に関する考察

Abstract

本稿の目的は，自閉スペクトラム症(ASD)の自己生成に立ち会う他者について，音楽療法実践の文脈においた考察を試みることである．自己生成に立ち会うためには，ASDの自他未分の世界を共に生きることが求められる．しかし，これまで，ASDの自己の弱さが，自他未分の世界からの自己生成や，他者のあり方にどう影響するのか，明らかにされてこなかった．そこで，他者からの志向性のレセプターである〈ϕ〉の概念を参照し，実践場面を考察した．結果として，自己と他者が同じ「大地」に立ち上がることが，自己生成にとって重要な意味を持つこと，そのために，〈ϕ〉に向けた音楽の発信が助けになること，他者として関わる側が自己の輪郭をゆるめる必要があることが明らかになった．

The purpose of this paper is to examine others who is involved in the self-generation of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in the context of music therapy practice. In order to witness self-generation, it is necessary to live together in the self and other undivided world of ASD. However, it has not been clear how the weakness of the ASD self affects both the generation of self from an undivided world and the way in which others are. Therefore, we referred to the concept of “ϕ”, which is a receptor of orientation from others, and considered practical situations. As a result, it is important for the self and others to stand on the same “ground” for self-generation to occur, that the transmission of music toward “ϕ” can help in this regard, and that those involved as others need to loosen the contours of the self.
