Abstract: | This pilot study developed an educational program for Japanese nurses to work with foreign nurses and evaluated its validity and effectiveness. After the educational program, participants' knowledge, skill, attitude, and confidence scores all increased significantly, indicating that the program was effective. The participants rated the program highly in terms of its structure, method, amount of information, and ease of understanding. |
