| dc.description.abstract | Zhang Yuanchong 張元冲 is one of the distinctive disciples of Wang Yangming 王陽明, and the concrete aspects of his intellectual activities have not been fully elucidated. He was praised by Wang Yangming for his sincere and earnest character, and he was also acclaimed by his fellows for his purity and loyalty. During his tenure as a local official in Guangdong 廣東, he made model answers for the civil service examination in 1552. The content of these answers were indeed the manifestation of his understanding of Wang Yangming's philosophy. | en |
