総説 老化による整形外科的疾患とその治療

Abstract

Main orthopedic diseases due to ageing are as follows: spinal osteoporosis, femoral neck fracture, cervical spondylosis, lumbar spondylosis combined with spinal canal stenosis. osteoarthritis of the knee, and periarthritis of the shoulder. Current trends in the treatment of these diseases are discussed in this paper. The training of the musculoskeletal system in daily life seems to be very important for prevention of various orthopedic diseases due to ageing.
