抄録: | The purpose of this study was to determine what student nurses feel to be burdensome both at school and in the hospital. A questionnaire was given to 58 Indian and 80 Japanese nursing students in 1988. The results indicated: 1. Common burdens to be too much paperwork and problems in interpersonal relationships with nurses at the hospitals where the student nurses are trained. 2. Japanese student nurses feel the curriculum to be overloaded and burdensome. 3. Indian student nurses feel oppressed by exams, their relationships with the teaching staff, and strict school regulations. 4. Indian student nurses are more purpose-oriented than Japanese student nurses. |
