| 抄録: | We conducted an evaluation of a proposed practical set of nursing criteria in several busy 75-bed clinical wards using a personal computer. The principal aims of this project were: 1 to establish a set of objective criteria by which an individual nurse can observe and evaluate the severity of patient illness; 2 to facilitate the application of these nursing criteria in the clinical settings; and 3 to collect information regarding level of performance of daily nursing care duties. In order to qualify the nursing criteria, we classified: 1 the patient features and behaviors to be observed; 2 the restricting aspect of daily hospitalization; 3 judging level in routine nursing observation. We conclude that this system is useful in daily clinical nursing. |
