在宅難病患者のQOL向上に向けた情報通信サービスのあり方

Abstract

This research analyzed of information and telecommunication service for better quality of life (QOL) of Intractable disease patients in community. Subjects were selected by random sampling from health center of Kyoto prefecture and Kishiwada health center Osaka prefecture, Parkinson disease party. Valid responses were obtained from 77 people (mean age: 63.69 years ; gender composition: 38.96% men, 61.04% women). The items of the survey were: gender, age, fundamental attribute, disease's name, FIM as ADL score and QOL score. The results of path analysis showed that: 1 . There ware a difference between high QOL score and low QOL score in ADL score. 2 . There ware a difference between high QOL score and low QOL score in information measure, "family", "circulating bullentin" and in kind of information "foreign". 3 . There ware top of daily information measure "television", "newspaper", "bulletin of patient's party". 4 . There ware top of daily kind of information "information for disease", "weather report", "health and medical". 5 . About 60 percent wanted to use information and telecommunication like the Internet in the future. There ware a difference between about 60 percent and the remaining to use word processor or personal computer.
