| 抄録: | Today the needs of nursing intervention on outpatient care have increased in Japan in the face of the social circumstances such as the aging population, structual changes in diseases, and short-term stays in hospital due to be revision of the laws to medical care. For the nursing intervention on outpatient care is required to grasp in scant points of contact the needs of patients living with different ways in the community and to offer the patients and their familis the assistance on performing good self-care to their own discretion. Development of characteristicnursing should pay attention to the self-care that starts before the patients receive treatment and implement care to cure "the world of disease experience." |
