Abstract

内装材料を内面に張った鋼製の密閉箱の外周温度を周期的に15℃～25℃の範囲で変化させた時の箱内の相対湿度を温度の関数として測定した。相対湿度の対数を温度の一次式で近似し,その勾配Bによって内装材料による箱内の調湿の程度を評価した。内装材料として,8種類の仕上げ材料と3種類の下地材料を用た。各内装材料について,B値と箱の気積に対する内装面積の比A/Vの関係を求めた。また,異なる内装材料の組み合わせで内装した場合の6畳間に相当するA/Vが1.99m^<-1>におけるB値を測定した。後者の場合について,内装材料のそれぞれのA/VにおけるB値と等しくなる木材のA/Vを加え,その値から木材のB値を計算した。計算した値と実測した値は,よく一致した。異なる内装材料で内装された空間の調湿の程度は,この方法により評価することができる。

The relative humidity as a function of temperature in a closed steel box lined with interior materials was measured when its ambient temperature was changed periodically in the temperature range from 15℃ to 25℃. The logarithm of relative humidity was represented approximately by a linear equation of temperature. The degree of humidity conditions by interior materials in the box was evaluated by the slope B of the equation. Eight kinds of finished materials and three kinds of base materials were adopted as interior materials. The relationships between the B-value and the ratio of lined area to volume of the box (A/V) for respective interior materials were obtained. The B-values at the A/V value of 1.99m^<-1> which corresponds to that in a six-mat room were also measured in the case lined with combinations of different interior materials. In the latter case, the corresponding B-value of wood was determined from the sum of A/V values of wood equivalent to the B-values at respective lined areas of interior materials. The calculated B-values agreed well with the experimental ones. It was considered that the degree of humidity conditions in a space lined with combinations of different materials could be evaluated by this procedure.
