| 抄録: | チョウセソゴヨウ(チョウセンマツ,紅松,pinus koraiensis Sieb. et Zucc.)の心材フェノール成分についてその木粉のアセトソ抽出物から(1)pinostrobin,(2)tectochrysin,(3)pinosylvin monomethylether,(4)chrysinを単離・同定したが,(1)と(2)の化合物は同樹枝から結晶で取出されたのは始めてであり,とくに(1)はその存在が報告されてなかったものである。また,中国東北産の同種心材抽出物を検索した結果,ここにもTLCで工記4化合物の存在を確認した。 From extractives of the heartwood of Chosen Goyou (Benimatsu, Pinus koraiensis Sieb. et Zucc.), (1) pinostrobin, (2) tectochrysin, (3) pinosylvin monomethyl ether and (4) chrysin were isolated and identified by using TLC, IR, NMR and MS. The former two compounds were the first case of isolation as crystals in the wood of this species and the compound (1) has never been found before. Another sample wood from near Harbin (China) was also surveyed chemically, and above four kinds of compounds were detected. |
