<原著>7 年間 1% 小川培地に継代保存した耐性結核菌の耐性度の変化について

Abstract

Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv strains resistant to various antituberculous drugs, originally made in vitro, had been successively transferred on 1% Ogawa medium for a prolonged period of time (every four weeks for seven years). In vitro susceptibilities of the resistant strains were evaluated in comparison with the original susceptibilities previously done with the same method (silicone-coated slide culture method). The degree of resistance to various antituberculous drugs (TH, CS, PAS, and PFP) showed no significant changes after prolonged successive transfers, except INH and EB, which demonstrated more potent activities to the transferred strains than to the original strains. The patterns of cross resistance of the transferred strains between various aminoglycoside and peptide antibiotics showed essentially no differences with those in the original strains.
