Abstract

In this paper, improving methods of the future application of econometric models are proposed. So far the author has applied econometric models on flower wholesale markets. Among those the analytical methods are discussed by econometric models. The structures and characteristics of the flower wholesale markets by third sector system are focused on. The purpose of specific improving method could be pointed. out as follows, 1) the problems of the structure of submodels, 2) the problems of the feedback relations between submodels of the total model and mainly issues on the parameter estimations. 3) Its specification into the models of the behaviors of each economic subjects in wholesale markets distributions and 4) its specification into the models of changing directions of wholesale markets situations which contains recent advanced information technologies. Especially, the fourth point is most necessary to be reconsidered in. the future under the rapidly changing circumstances of wholesale market system such as the emerging large scale supermarkets & acceleration of distribution outside markets, introduction of remote auction systems, increase of direct negotiations and decreasing trends of importance in auction trade.
