| 抄録: | This paper analyzes the "camel trust system" (dabare) of the Gabra, pastoralists in the Eastern Province of Kenya. The camel trust system creates the multiple networks in the Gabra society. This paper describes the trust system and analyzes the relationships which are found in the multiple networks. Then, how the trust system makes Gabra imagine the reality of their ethnicity and clanship is discussed. |
