ヂニトロソペンタメチレンテトラミンの防火防爆について

Abstract

ニトロソ化合物中には火薬類として使用されるもの以外に, わずかのエネルギーで発火し時には爆発に至るような不安定な化合物がある。たとえばスポンヂの製造に発泡剤として使用されるdinitrosopentamethy1-enetetramine(D.P.T.とr以後略称), trinitrOSOtrimethylenetriamineおよびtrinitrOSOtrimethyltrimethyLenetriamine(Table1参照)は不安定であるため, その製造工程においてあるいは発泡剤として取り扱う場合にしばしば発火, 爆発事故を起とし, ゴム工場の火災の大半はこれらのニトロソ化合物が原因となっているような状態である。このづち最も広く用いられているD.P.T.について, 産業防災の立場からその防火防爆を検討した。

Dinitrosopentamethylenetetramine (D.P.T.) often causes the fires and explosions due to thespotaneous combustion. On the causes of the above, we made researches on the stability andthe ignition temperature of the D.P.T. As a result, it became clear that the D.P.T. withsodiumnitrite and oxides of nitrogen as its impurities has many possibilities of spontaneouscombustion.
