dc.description.abstract | The response of line-like structures such as steel towers to wind gust have been ob-tamed with technic of stochastic process by Davenport. He used the coherence instead ofcross-correlation spectrum. We proof that the coherence used by Davenport is the upperbound of cross-correlation spectrum. And then we introduce the lower bound of the cross-correlation spectrum with Davenport's data. In practical point of view, the response of line-like structures to wind gust may be estimated fairely well closely by these two bounds. | en |
