| 抄録: | The Second Miyako Jima Typhoon (the typhoon 6618) struck Okinawa area inSeptember, 1966 with a force as severe as never experienced and took the worst courseto Miyakojima islands. The structural damage caused by this typhoon was also theseverest one. Although the most houses destroyed were wooden structures, the rateof damaged houses was around 50%. This is the report on that damage investigatedan Miyakojima and Ishigakijima directly after the typhoon. |
