dc.description.abstractA new method of direct measurement of turbulent fluxes over sea surface from a moving ship isestablished. The first test observation was made in the summer of 1968 by the use of the ResearchVessel, Ryofu Maru II ofJapan Meteorological Agency on the East China Sea to the west ofJapars.The details of the method of observation and the results of the test observation are presented in thispaper.en
