| 抄録: | This paper deals with finding of the limiting validity conditions for non-linear freesurface boundary conditions of the finite amplitude standing wave theories includingprogressive wave ones derived by the perturbation method. Free surface boundary con-dition errors for validity of the wave theories are described in detail, based on the resultsof numerical computation of the errors for various kinds of wave characteristics expressedby dimensionless parameters. Graphs expressing the decreasing regions, estimated ap-proximately, of the errors by the successive approximation are provided respectively forboth the theories. |
