開水路流れにおける乱れの空間相関特性について

Abstract

The field measurments of turbulence are carried out in the Nobi Agricultural Canalconstructed at Inuyama along the left side levee of the river Kiso, using 4 current metersof propeller-dynamo type.The experimental results are as follows. 1) In the open channel flow, there exists thedominant turbulence which is related with the geometrical scale of the flow field. 2) Thescale of this dominant turbulence is about ten or twenty times as large as the water depthlongitudinally and same as the depth vertically. 3) The phase of turbulence near thefree surface is in progress compared with that near the bed.
