| 抄録: | The Ogata coast facing Japan Sea is a sandy beach and there is the Ogata Wave Obsrvatory, Disaster Prevention Research Institute, Kyoto University. Beach profiles along an observation pier250 m long from the shore line have been measured from October, 1969 to the present once a week.This paper deals with the seasonal change of beach profile and characteristics of bottom sediments.It was found that there is a seasonal change of the beach profile at the coast especially the shapeand location of longshore bar. Some considerations on the change of characteristic of bottomsediments with the change of beach profile are briefly made. |
