| 抄録: | A boundary layer measurement was made on the 50 m tower of Tarama Island inFebruary, 1974. Tararfia Island is a small and flat coral island of Okinawa, Japan. Thedirect measurement of turbulent fluxes of momentum, sensible heat and latent heat weremade with a sonic anemometer-thermometer and a thermocouple psychrometer at the topof the 50 m observing tower. The observation was a part of the AMTEX for the study ofair mass modification over East China Sea. During this observation, periodical changes ofmeteorological parameters are remarkably seen. Diurnal variations are clearly seen in calmconditions and changes with a period of 4 days are predominant for most of the parametersthroughout the period. Turbulent characteristics of airflow observed on this tower are differentfrom those over open sea because of the effect of the island. |
