| 抄録: | A series of simple one-dimensional model tests were carried out in order to measure the effectof vertical sand drains on the pore-water pressures developed in soft clay. A sand column is in-stalled in the soft clay in a soil box and consolidation load is applied. During the deformationprocess, a surface displacement and the excess pore-water pressure at various points in the clayand sand column are measured. The test results were compared with ones by Barron and alsoby Terzaghi. |
