| 抄録: | The paper describes the results of investigation on the bearing capacity of foundation and thefailure pattern of ground with an inclined surface. Theoretical approaches are compared witheach other based on the theory of rigid-plasticity. A series of experimental study is also performedby dense sand-models in order to observe the failure mechanism of ground under such a condition.It is concluded from the test results that the failure pattern of ground with an inclined surfacecan be explained by applying the theory of rigid-plasticity. |
