| 抄録: | On the basis of the wind data obtained by the observations of typhoons and other kinds of wind, the variations of the gust factor, the intensity of turbulence and the power law index of wind profilewith mean wind speed are considered. Those values are proved to decrease with the increase of meanwind speed and to be larger in typhoons than in other kinds of wind. Finally the linear relationshipbetween the power law index and the intensity of turbulence is discussed. |
