空気泡プルームの水理特性に関する研究

Abstract

In this study, hydraulic behaviors of the flow induced by the air discharged into the water bodythrough an orifice are investigated by experimental and numerical simulation approaches. Theexperimental data of time-averaged velocity and turbulence measured in the laboratory show that thefundamental characteristics of the air-bubble plume is similar to the ones of symmetrical densityplume or jet, except for the regions near the orifice and close to the free surface. The numericalsimulation analysis considering the change of air-bubble volume together with the experimentalinformation of the spread of velocity profiles can represent the flow field which have been measuredby the authors and Kobus.
