dc.description.abstractThe turbulent fluxes of water vapor, sensible heat, and momentum is observed by eddy-correlation method over bear ground of the air-surface interaction observing facility of DPRI, the profiles of wind speed, temperature, and humidity are measured by using a roving mast, and surface temperature and moisture content are also measured by infrared means. Theapplicability of Mouin-Obukhov similarity theory is checked for potential temperature andspecific humidity in unstable case. And specific humidity and temperature at roughnessheight are estimated by using non-dimensional shear functions. The estimated relativehumidity at roughness height can be related with the soil surface moisture content. Thesimple analysis of the surface sublayer to the roughness height shows that the diffusion oftemperature seems to be molecular diffusion process but the diffusion coefficient of specifichumidity varies in proportion to the square of frictional velocity.en
