諸種藥物の倂用に依る催眠藥作用並に鎭痛藥作用の增强(第1-2報) : 諸種藥物の併用に依る Evipan 催眠作用の增强効果(第1報)及び Morphin 鎭痛作用の增强効果(第2報)に就て

Abstract

In the previous report it was mentioned that some benzothiazole derivatives potentiate the hypnotic action of evipan and the analgesic action of morphine. (Bulletin of the Institute for Chemical Research, Kyoto University. Vo1. 20, 69 1950) In this report the potentiating effect of other various compounds was investigated. Drugs examined: Antihistaminics, localanesthetics, antipyretics, sedatives and anticonvulsants. It was found that drugs above mentioned, potentiate both action of evipan and morphine, with several exception. From above results, (CH3)2N-radical on the side chain seems to play an important rôle rather than (C2H5)2N-radical, in potentiating the hypnotic action of evipan as well as the analgesic action of morphine.
