dc.description.abstract豪雨災害時の死亡原因の多くは崖崩れであり、福島県白河市周辺で多発していた。代表例が西郷村「からまつ荘」の土砂崩れであり、最上流部の谷頭2カ所で崩落した土砂が勾配10度程度の谷を高速地滑りを起こして流下した。郡山市での避難行動の調査により、ハザードマップは住民及び対策担当者双方にとって有効であること、避難行動手段として自動車の利用は地域の交通網状況、災害弱者救援などを考え有効に活用または規制する必要がある。ja

The land mass at Karamatsu slided at two places in the upper valley would flow on a mild slope down to the building, killing5persons.The field investigation inKoriyama reveals the efficiency of hazards map for people as well as city officers and importance of appropriate utilization of vehicles taking into account of traffic condition and flood area.en
