点検データに基づく道路網防災計画の立案

Abstract

本研究では, 実際に入手可能な道路網災害の発生の可能性を表すデータとして, 道路防災総点検による災害点検箇所の調査結果から得られる評点ならびに概算防災対策工費を用い, 防災性を有する道路網計画を立案する上での一つの評価技法を提案した。山口県の緊急輸送道路網を対象に, 道路網における代替ルートの存在を考慮し, 都市間を連結する各経路について道路災害の危険度評点ならびに概算対策工費を算出した。また道路防災対策に要する費用と効果の関係を算出する手順を示し計算事例を提示した。

In recent years, a highway network often suffered damages and closed caused by natural disasters or superannuations of facilities. This paper presents an estimation method for a highway network planning using an inspection data for prevention of disasters.The estimated scores of disasters and improvement costs on the routes connecting between pairs of city nodes are calculated. An estimation method of the improvement cost and its effect is proposed and calculation results on the emergency highway network in Yamaguchi prefecture are shown.
